United Ground Express at Denver International Airport is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to coordinate and communicate employee work assignments in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation. You will direct timely shifts, respond to radio and phone calls, and ensure accurate reporting while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires strong leadership, fluent English communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and convey verbal and written instructions in English.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking and independent decision-making.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Familiarity with FAA/TSA/airline regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel).
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings and obtain necessary security badges.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate employee work assignments based on operational needs.
• Direct employee work assignments in a professional manner.
• Issue direct orders when required while maintaining professionalism.
• Respond to telephone and radio calls professionally and promptly.
• Complete daily reports accurately and on time.
• Maintain a positive image and respond to inquiries courteously.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Support a 24/7 operation including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
