Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from an accredited university.
• Training in the different Civil Rights programs.
• The position requires two (2) years of related experience.

Aufgaben

• Serve as liaison between the company and local, state, and federal agencies regarding compliance documentation.
• Represent the company during compliance inspections conducted by regulatory agencies and auditors.
• Provide guidance and orientation to all departments on compliance requirements.
• Monitor departmental compliance activities and identify trends to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Identify compliance risks and coordinate corrective action plans to mitigate risks.
• Ensure proper reporting of actual or potential violations.
• Evaluate and monitor the Compliance Program for continuous improvement.
• Develop and monitor policies for DBE UCP, Title VI, and ADA programs.
• Manage compliance with all federal DBE and Civil Rights regulations at the airport.
• Coordinate distribution of compliance documentation to regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
• Educate and advise airport employees on DBE program requirements.
• Conduct onsite reviews of DBE applicants and monitor contractor compliance.
