Responsibilities

• Provides subject matter expertise in Project Development meetings.
• Prepares Appendix A documents (diversity requirements) for inclusion in eligible RFPs and Bids.
• Performs administration of web-based B2GNow Compliance software, OCC webpage, & ATL Stat data; mediates contractor disputes and advises on diversity/compliance matters.
• Plans and conducts on-site reviews to ensure EBO/SBO/DBE compliance and writes site visit reports.
• Performs diversity outreach activities and supports post-award conferences and staff assignments.
