Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking a Customer Service Agent to warmly welcome passengers, answer questions, and support check-in and boarding at the airport. You will ensure compliance with airline policies and safety procedures while resolving passenger concerns and collaborating with airport teams.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, accurate information, and a positive passenger experience, with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• One year of customer service experience.
• Ability to access and interpret information on electronic devices (IPads/Tablets, Computers, Mobile devices).
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to obtain needed credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, as applicable).
• Airlines are 24/7, so shifts including nights, weekends and holidays are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and general inquiries.
• Provide accurate information on flight schedules, gate assignments, and airport services.
• Handle check-in and baggage processing efficiently and courteously.
• Assist passengers with self-service kiosks and online check-in procedures.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Make announcements and inform passengers about flight changes and boarding times.
• Coordinate with ground staff and crew to ensure a smooth passenger experience.
• Process ticket sales, upgrades, and re-bookings as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of frequent flyer programs and loyalty services.
