Job summary

Unifi is seeking individuals to join our growing team in Baton Rouge for passenger service roles at the airport. No prior experience is required, as paid training is provided.

The position includes flight privileges after 30 days for employees and eligible family members, weekly pay for hourly employees, and full-time schedules starting at 30 hours per week. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain airport/state credentials.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist passengers through arrival and check-in, including help for unaccompanied minors and wheelchair passengers.
• Handle ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage service, reservations, and resolve related issues.
• Direct passengers through customs, immigration, and quarantine.
• Assist ramp with wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags.
• Push wheelchairs through airport terminals.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Complete work safely and securely per standards.
• Report safety incidents and hazards promptly.
