Job summary

The Landline Company, a premier ground transportation partner serving major airlines from the Trenton-Mercer area, is hiring Customer Service Agents. You will greet passengers, assist with boarding, answer questions, and manage reservations at the airport.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of customer service experience. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for early morning shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with an Airline Passenger Service System is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide information about our services
• Assist customers with the boarding process
• Answer customer questions and resolve customer concerns
• Enter passenger information into reservations systems
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Load and remove customer baggage from Landline vehicles and baggage carousels
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Landline’s products and services
• Carry out Ground Security Coordinator functions when needed
• All other duties as assigned
