Job summary

The Landline Company at Trenton-Mercer Airport is seeking part-time Customer Service Agents to greet travelers, assist with boarding, and manage passenger information in our reservations system. Responsibilities include documenting records, handling baggage, and maintaining knowledge of Landline’s products.

This role requires a High School diploma, 2+ years in customer service, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Shift runs 7 days a week, including holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana, and participate in random drug and alcohol testing; USDOT safety-sensitive position.
• Ability to pass a company background check (7-year history) and TSA criminal history check (10-year history) to obtain the badge for airport access.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation are required; due to a 2:30 AM start time, dependable transportation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide information about services.
• Assist customers with the boarding process.
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns.
• Enter passenger information into reservations systems.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Load and remove baggage from Landline vehicles and carousels.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Landline’s products and services.
• Carry out Ground Security Coordinator functions when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
