• Minimum of 6 months experience in a hub and Joint assignment environment.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while coordinating with business partners and addressing customer needs within set time constraints.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Must hold a valid drivers license for France.
• Fluent in English and French (speaking, reading, writing).
• Must be legally able to stay/work in France with valid documentation.

Responsibilities

• Tracking of all enterprise partners activities.
• Ensuring protection and security compliance.
• Supports station leadership with budgeting, invoicing, and personnel paperwork.
• Completing data, reviews, inventories, passenger claims and incident responses.
• Maintain communication with Delta leadership and peers within and outside the Station.
• Oversee flight turn operations and coordination with teams involved in efficient turnaround.
• Group briefings and coordination on the ground.
• Check-in, ticketing and gate operations.
• Troubleshoot connections to provide reroutes for inconvenienced customers.
• Assist customers with baggage questions and claims.
• Admin tasks including compliance checklists, inventory, and budgeting controls.
• Promote safety awareness in all processes.
