Job summary

Auxillium USA in Fort Lauderdale is seeking dedicated customer service professionals to support English and French-speaking passengers for a French low-cost, long-haul airline client. The role involves inbound calls, bookings, ticketing, chat and email support, and working with Amadeus and Sabre in a hybrid call-center environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, airline industry knowledge, and a passion for accuracy and excellent service.

Qualifications

Assists English & French passengers via inbound phone calls with their bookings and inquiries.
Create and make changes to bookings.
Assist travel agents with inquiries on international flights and with their bookings.
Handle English & French chat with passengers and potential customers.
Respond to English & French emails.
Learn flight schedules.
Provides excellent customer service to all passengers.
Responds to passenger enquiries redirected from social media.
Issues tickets and EMD’s.

Responsibilities

Assist English & French passengers via inbound calls with bookings and inquiries.
Create and modify bookings as needed.
Support travel agents with flight inquiries and bookings.
Respond to chats and emails in English and French.
Process tickets and EMDs and manage airline queues.
