FAST PARK Co. is seeking a dependable Parking Guest Ambassador at the Orlando area near Orlando International Airport. The role supports guests from entry to exit, guiding traffic and answering questions about parking options.

The work includes outdoor duties, weekend/overnight shifts, and a focus on safety and efficiency. You will help manage occupancy, run two-way radios, and ensure accurate records while delivering friendly, professional service to every guest.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in dispatching, customer service, or related field.
• Experience handling high-volume phone calls and radio communications.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicles to available spaces with hand signals and verbal instructions.
• Monitor lots to maximize space and prevent congestion.
• Enforce parking rules, time limits, and prohibited areas.
• Assist guests with questions about availability and regulations.
• Help guests with lost tickets, lockouts, and related issues.
• Communicate with team to ensure smooth operations.
• Operate gates, ticket dispensers, and payment systems.
• Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and incidents.
• Maintain clean, safe parking facilities and area.
