Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and a satisfactory three-year MVR.
• At least one year of sales or customer service experience.
• Open availability for flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service throughout the customer journey, including reservations, vehicle pickup, returns, and issue resolution.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, rates, and available services clearly and accurately.
• Prepare rental agreements, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Engage customers in consultative sales conversations and recommend protection products and upgrades.
• Meet or exceed sales goals by maximizing each customer interaction.
