Job summary
Unifi Aviation LLC in Morrisville, NC is seeking individuals to join our growing team in aviation ground services. You will provide customer service for arrivals, ticketing, check-in including boarding, baggage services, reservations and inquiries.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with a friendly welcome, through arrival and check-in process, including support for passengers with special needs.
- Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system including boarding, baggage service, reservations and related inquiries.
- Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
- Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and delivery.
- Push wheelchairs with passengers through all areas of the airport.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and report safety incidents and hazards per policy.
