Job summary

PAPILLON GRAND CANYON HELICOPTERS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet passengers, answer questions about tours, check in bookings, issue boarding passes, and keep travelers informed of any changes. Experience with Ventrata, 135ACM, and 3CX is a plus; basic cash handling and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and long shifts.

Responsibilities
