Job summary

Maximus Global Services in Miami, FL, is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Agent to provide wheelchair, security and porter services while ensuring the safety of people and property. You will greet customers, verify credentials, assist with boarding steps and direct passengers with care and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Must read, write and speak English and/or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide wheelchair services (to assigned door and wait for passenger) and ensure security procedures are met.
• Greet passengers, verify boarding passes, and check for correct cities, priority classes, and flight times.
• Ensure bags have valid stickers and manage bag room security and accuracy.
• Monitor jet bridge area with airport ID and count/scan cleaners as required; document arrivals and pushback times.
• Assist ramp activity, weigh bags, apply bag tags, and coordinate with the baggage belt to avoid missing items.
