Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or international equivalent).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write, speak and understand English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the airport or ticket area.
• Monitor the ticket counter for safety policy compliance.
• Assist customers with self-service kiosks (check-in, baggage).
• Maintain and troubleshoot kiosk equipment and report IT issues when needed.
• Verify carry-on baggage for compliance with policies.
• Verify and clear travel documents for international travel.
• Assist with checked baggage processing and self-tagging.
• Quote lines to manage queues and assist customers with special needs.
• Activate self-tagged baggage and move baggage at various locations.
• Assist with mobility of non-ambulatory customers and unaccompanied minors.
• Provide gate information and directions; perform paging as needed.
