Job summary

Allegiant Air in Las Vegas seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner I to lead recruiting, screening, and onboarding for assigned business units. You will review resumes, conduct interviews, present offers, and coordinate candidate workflow using our ATS and tools.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, at least one year in an administrative or customer service role, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple requisitions, with a focus on Allegiant values.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skill.
• Time Management/Organization – proficient in candidate management.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) such as Ultimate Software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting and staffing programs for assigned business units.
• Review resumes, conduct interviews, and recommend candidates.
• Negotiate and present offers; manage candidate notifications.
• Maintain candidate workflow via an ATS and related tools.
• Partner with hiring managers to build a capable workforce aligned with Allegiant values.
