Job summary

Allegiant in Las Vegas is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner I responsible for recruiting and staffing for assigned business units, including attraction, selection, onboarding, and partnering with hiring managers to align with Allegiant values.

You will review resumes, conduct interviews, manage candidate workflow in the ATS, present offers, and communicate status to candidates while complying with background checks and work authorization requirements.

Qualifications

• Combination of Education and Experience will be considered.
• Authorized to work in the US and pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Review candidate resumes and profiles and conduct interviews.
• Recruitment duties including opening/ routing requisitions and posting positions.
• Manage candidate workflow and notes in the ATS and present offers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers on needs assessments and feedback.
• Support headcount requests in collaboration with FP&A.
