Job summary

Allegiant Air seeks a Manager of Line Maintenance Vendors to supervise contract maintenance providers and support Allegiant outstations. You will oversee daily execution, staffing, safety, regulatory compliance, and operational performance.

The role requires FAA knowledge, strong vendor management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams during AOG events, with significant travel expectations (>75%). A320/737 experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US per Immigration Act of 1986.
• Criminal background check required.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Airframe & Powerplant certification.
• 7+ years progressive maintenance experience in Part 121 environment.
• 3+ years in maintenance leadership/vendor management/ops oversight.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contract maintenance providers and oversee daily execution at Allegiant outstations.
• Ensure maintenance complies with FAA regulations, GM, data, policies, and contracts.
• Lead during AOG and other time-critical events by coordinating resources and actions.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Control, Engineering, Reliability and other teams to protect aircraft availability.
• Establish vendor performance KPIs and manage corrective actions and compliance.
• Conduct vendor performance reviews and coordinate investigations when needed.
• Perform station visits and deicing/GSE audits to verify staffing and capabilities.
• Oversee lifecycle of maintenance contracts from sourcing to renewal and cost control.
• Lead special projects like new station openings and vendor transitions.
