Job summary

Pacific Pros seeks a Construction Logistics Specialist IV (Area Resident Manager for Roadway and Terminals) to represent LAWA in Los Angeles. This on-site role requires coordination across airport operations, contractors, and multiple projects to minimize disruption and maximize efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 20+ years in airport or complex building programs, with a related bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred. Locally based, full-time with day, swing, and night shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of experience in airport or similarly complex building programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Owner’s representative for LAWA projects.
• Coordinate construction activities between airport operations and projects/contractors.
• Identify overlaps and optimize packaging or procurement to reduce disruption.
• Review scopes and schedules; track look-ahead information for barricades and shutdowns.
• Attend project meetings and communicate impacts among stakeholders.
• Develop tracking, reporting, and documentation tools.
