Job summary

Element Consulting, Inc. seeks a Construction Logistics Specialist IV to support the CALM Team at LAX, coordinating construction activity between airport operations and multiple projects and contractors.

You will review phasing and logistics, identify overlaps, and guide mitigation of conflicts in advance of construction, ensuring information flows to stakeholders and executive reports are prepared.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (architecture, aviation, engineering, construction management or related).
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 20+ years of experience in airport building programs or similar complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas of potential overlap and recommend efficient packaging of work.
• Stay current with scope and schedule of all airport projects.
• Extract look-ahead data impacting LAWA operations and tenants.
• Interface with utility shutdown experts for timing recommendations.
• Produce monthly and yearly team reports for executive management.
