Job summary

Pacific Pros seeks a Construction Logistics Specialist II to serve as Owner's representative on LAWA projects in Los Angeles, CA. This is a full-time, on-site role with shifts as described and immediate opening.

The position emphasizes wayfinding, signage design, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project delivery. A Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of airport project experience are preferred; LAWA badge and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wayfinding specialist with airport experience; create and oversee temporary wayfinding strategies.
• Assess signage quality, visual appeal, and adherence to standards; recommend sign types.
• Coordinate across disciplines to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Read schedules and design plans; evaluate signage needs based on construction activity.
• Review submittals, Phasing Plans, and Site Logistics Plans for wayfinding impact.
• Develop concepts and location plans with high visual impact.
• Plan, produce, and install temporary wayfinding; translate info into visuals.
• Lead site walks to verify signage effectiveness and update plans.
