Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum four-year advanced degree or higher is preferred for leadership roles.
• Experience in airport engineering, planning, or construction is expected.
• Ability to manage budgets and staff in complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Directs a large-scale airfield and terminal construction program during active construction.
• Supervises engineering, construction, and admin staff on a 24/7/365 schedule.
• Reviews proposals, negotiates terms, and monitors contract payments.
• Maintains safety compliance with FAA and local requirements.
• Leads change management and ensures on-time, on-budget delivery.
