Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of civil engineering experience, including at least 3 years in project design.
• North Carolina Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Demonstrated experience managing aviation or transportation infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, and delivery of airport projects.
• Manage construction support services, including construction management and inspection.
• Prepare engineering plans, specifications, reports, and permit applications.
