Job summary

HNTB is seeking an Aviation Program Manager to lead a multi-contractor program at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). You will integrate concurrent projects, ensure safe, high-quality improvements while keeping airport operations continuous.

The role requires guiding staffing, coordinating with CLT leadership, designers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver the program successfully and address complex challenges in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• PMC services delivery, strategic planning, risk management, procurement/contract management, project controls, quality management, construction management, project closeout and operations/maintenance.
• Ability to manage high-impact financial decisions and coordinate multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PMC services as client’s agent across planning, procurement, risk, controls and closeout.
• Resolve significant financial and risk issues for the client.
• Identify opportunities to grow HNTB’s PMC presence and revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry organizations.
• Interface with senior officials and clients on major program matters.
• Define staffing needs and oversee project managers and teams.
• Understand political sensitivities around program delivery.
• Guide staff to align with firm culture and services.
• Develop client service action plans and project reviews.
