Qualifications

• Previous face-to-face customer service experience in aviation, food services, or hospitality is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sense of urgency in fast-paced environment.
• Prior delivery driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver catering orders and concierge items safely and on time.
• Use Shipday for order logistics and delivery updates, including delivery photo and recipient name.
• Assist ACW customers and relay feedback to GM.
• Maintain safe, clean, and operational vehicles; manage vehicle inspections and routine maintenance.
• Follow safety and quality procedures for food products during delivery.
