Job summary

Trego Dugan Aviation Of Grand Island Inc in Charlotte, NC seeks a Cargo Warehouse Manager on Duty to lead front-line supervision in cargo and ramp operations. You will oversee staffing, safety, quality and customer service while coordinating with air carriers and regulators.

Responsibilities include directing agents, ensuring equipment readiness, maintaining training, and delivering timely reports. Requires 2 years’ cargo/logistics experience and a valid driver’s license, with possible shift

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years hands-on experience in cargo, distribution, logistics, airline or similar industry.
• Must obtain Ground Security Coordinator certificate within 90 days of hire.
• Valid Driver’s License required; training and certification may be needed.
• Background investigation and drug testing as required for safety-sensitive roles.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, directs and participates in warehouse and cargo ramp handling services.
• Directs and trains assigned Agents; maintains training records.
• Coordinates with air carrier personnel, gateway management and regulators.
• Operates and maintains equipment used in cargo handling and ramp operations.
• Ensures FAA/TSA security regulations and partner rules are followed; reports and updates as required.
• Prepares verbal and written service activity reports and dashboards.
• Works with MUFIDS communications among airport and flight teams.
• Performs inventory, ordering, timekeeping, and other operational tasks as needed.
• Maintains safe, compliant, and efficient cargo operations across shifts.
