Qualifications

• Prefer Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Prefer 1 year of management experience and 1 year of cargo experience in the aviation industry.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to work overnights, weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun), holidays, and days off.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marshaling and pushback of aircraft to maintain on-time departures.
• Operate ground service equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload cargo and transport between warehouse and aircraft.
• Maintain security and compliance with TSA and company rules and procedures.
• Supervise staff, training, and staffing requirements.
• Complete paperwork and coordinate with customers as needed.
