Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to lift at least 70 pounds.
• Must be organized and highly attentive to detail.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support intermodal cross-dock and warehousing services.
• Review daily flash reports and escalate issues within 6 hours.
• Assign trucks to dock doors using Yard Management System.
• Complete BOL paperwork and track outbound loads.
• Communicate delays and scheduling needs with ROC, NCC, and GM.
• Maintain daily records and truck control logs.
• Perform routine cleaning and work in high-stress environments.
