Job summary

TREGO DUGAN AVIATION OF GRAND ISLAND INC. is seeking a full-time Cargo Warehouse Logistics Coordinator in Manchester, NH. You will supervise and support intermodal cross-dock and warehousing for airfreight, e-commerce, and related cargo, with daily flash reports and coordination across multiple partners.

The role requires safety awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to work weekends. You will interact with ROC/NCC and manage BOL paperwork, with a focus on timely, accurate logistics

Qualifications

• Must have an AA degree or equivalent from a two-year college.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Check inbound flight load plan and calculate needed outbound line haul trailers.
• Assign trucks to dock doors using Yard Management System.
• Complete BOL paperwork and check trailers into and out of building.
• Update downstream facilities of late departing loads or ad-hoc scheduling needs.
• Escalate risks to safety, quality, productivity, or customer promise per escalation matrix.
• Maintain daily flash reports and the truck control log.
• Routine cleaning of work areas and equipment; work in a high-noise, outdoor/indoor environment.
