• Safely raise, load, dump, and transport mail and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring on‑time shipments.
• Protect shipment and mail from damage, loss, and adverse weather.
• Operate ground equipment—including tugs, forklifts, and tow tractors—in congested areas.
• Load cargo onto carts repeatedly, ensuring every shipment reaches its destination.
• Use scanners and computers to route mail and cargo efficiently to the correct location.
• Maintain consistent safety awareness during all operational activities.
