Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Return Agent for the Dallas Fort Worth Airport location. You will provide friendly, efficient service during the rental return process, greet customers, review charges, and ensure a smooth return experience. The role requires outdoor work in all weather conditions, valid US work authorization, and strong attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without work sponsorship.
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions and stand/walk long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers using prescribed dialogue as they arrive on the lot.
• Remind customer to check for personal belongings.
• Identify items found in the vehicle and log details for lost and found.
• Advise on rental charges and provide an accurate receipt.
• Provide information regarding transportation to the airport terminal.
• Maintain courteous interactions and seek to improve service.
• Discreetly check vehicle for damage and direct to damage report.
• Ensure proper fuel level when returning the vehicle.
• Keep the lot organized for easy access and flow.
