National Car Rental at the Indianapolis Airport is seeking a Return Agent to provide friendly, efficient service during the rental return process. You will greet customers, assist with the return, and direct travelers to the terminal.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver's license with ≤2 moving violations in past 2 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers on arrival.
• Assist with rental return process and ensure efficient transactions.
• Check for lost belongings and manage vehicle damage reports.
• Maintain organized lot and facilitate smooth traffic flow.
• Provide information about transportation to airport terminal.
• Accurately review charges and provide receipts.
• Ask about service satisfaction and document feedback.
