Job summary

Concessions International, LLC is hiring a Shift Leader for Hibiscus Bar and Cafe at St. Thomas Airport. You will support guest service, assist with food prep, and help manage daily operations during peak hours.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years in customer service and supervision, and the ability to obtain ServSafe/alcohol certification. You will lead staff, ensure safety, uphold standards, and assist with opening/closing the unit.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain alcohol awareness and/or ServSafe Food Safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensures guests receive superior service with a friendly environment.
• Communicates and sell menu offerings and promotions.

• Supports unit management and leads employees in the absence of managers.
• Assists with opening/closing duties including cash, inventory, stocking, and appearance.
