Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant during a shift.
• Follow all Tailwind policies, standards, and procedures.
• Work with the team to ensure service standards and efficient operations.
• Fill in where needed to support service.
• Maintain a hygienic and safe work environment at all times.
• Report to work punctually and assist in emergencies.
• Ensure equipment is maintained per safety and maintenance programs.
• Treat hourly employees and management with professionalism and respect.
