Qualifications

• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Requires at least 1 year of bartending experience, high volume environment preferred.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and their preparation.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders, looking for opportunities to upsell.
• Follow recipes and directions for mixing beverages.
• Collect payments and operate cash register per company policies.
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures and manage intoxicated guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar.
