Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Food and Beverage experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as with other team members.
• Able to work unsupervised for extended periods and to demonstrate good judgment when dealing with customers and peers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bar areas are clean and stock according to standard.
• Prepare mixers, juices, and cocktail garnishes.
• Restock liquor bottles and supplies.
• Bus tables, load and unload glass washing machines.
• Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment properly.
• Support the bartenders and team in service areas.
