Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Food and Beverage experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as with other team members.
• Able to work unsupervised for extensive periods, and to demonstrate good judgment when dealing with customers and peers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean bar area and set according to standard.
• Collect empty bottles and glasses; bus tables and load glass washing machines.
• Prepare mixers, juices, and cocktail garnishes.
• Change beer kegs safely and restock liquor bottles.
• Refill ice bins and ensure bar area is stocked with necessary supplies.
• Remove trash and wipe up spills and keep the area tidy.
• Maintain receiving records and report levels of usage to assist reordering.
• Ensure all items are stored and secured properly.
