Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in airport operations or complex mechanical systems.
• Experience managing maintenance teams and contractors.
• Understanding of PLCs, motors, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct coordination of maintenance activities for the baggage handling system.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Supervise and mentor a team of technicians and mechanics.
