Job summary

JLL is seeking an accomplished Facilities Manager to oversee operations and staff at locations within the Boston area, including at Boston Logan International Airport. The role requires directing maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems and coordinating with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities include budget assistance, reporting, and ensuring compliance with JLL standards. Travel to sites and off-hours supervision may be required to maintain service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in facility management in corporate or service provider settings.
• Strong knowledge of building systems: electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, and life safety.
• Experience with MS Office suite and CMMS databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead efficient operations and maintenance of facility systems.
• Perform quarterly onsite inspections and coordinate with vendors.
• Manage day-to-day site operations and PM programs.
• Maintain client relationships and provide service-level solutions.
• Ensure contract compliance and quality control.
