Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process badge applications (new, renewal, replacement, lost/stolen, damaged).
• Capture biographic and biometric information for badge issuance.
• Assist applicants with SIDA and AOA driving training and testing.
• Verify passed background checks prior to issuing ID media.
• Monitor and update access levels for multiple airports.
• Coordinate with Customs and Border Protection for CBP access seals.
• Review quality control reports and badge billing.
• Act as a Trusted Agent per TSA guidance.
