Job summary

Menzies Aviation seeks an Attendance Supervisor to monitor and manage employee attendance, punctuality, and staffing coverage across our airport operations in Houston. You will liaise with supervisors, scheduling, and station leadership to ensure coverage meets operational needs, while maintaining accurate records in timekeeping systems.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year of attendance or scheduling experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of attendance management, scheduling, or related experience.
• Experience supervising or leading a team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily attendance, tardiness, call-offs, and absences.
• Maintain attendance records in scheduling/timekeeping systems.
• Identify coverage gaps and coordinate staffing with supervisors.
• Prepare attendance reports for leadership and monitoring trends.
• Assist with onboarding and onboarding attendance expectations.
