Job summary

City of Atlanta is seeking an experienced Asset Management professional to support the Director of Asset Management. The role focuses on policy, strategy, data management, and lifecycle planning for airport assets, including facilities and utilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of asset management with familiarity of ISO 55001 standards.
• Demonstrated skill in directing and managing staff.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks to meet deadlines with multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated competency in financial management including budgeting and invoicing.
• Effective oral and written communication/presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate to all levels of management from frontline employees to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Asset Management Policy, Strategy & Planning, Implementation and Compliance.
• Assist in the development and management of the Asset Management Program to monitor, report and analyze information for existing and new infrastructure assets.
• Assist in managing Asset Life Cycle decisions and activities related to capital renewal and replacement.
• Ensure accuracy of asset data within the Airport’s Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS).
• Oversee data collection and information management processes in support of asset programming.
• Ensure inspections are planned, executed and documented in the CMMS.
• Oversee the work performance of departmental staff and consultants.
