City of Atlanta seeks a strategic Asset Management Director to support the Planning & Development Bureau, Asset Management Division, with Kim focus on managing Airport assets. You will lead policy, planning, data, and performance reporting across facilities, utilities, and capital renewal projects.

The role emphasizes independent work, staff oversight, and collaboration with senior leadership to drive asset performance and lifecycle decisions in a dynamic airport environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Airport Management or related area.
• Five (5) years of work experience in Airport Management or Airport Consulting or similar area.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, Airport Management or related field.
• 6+ years of substantial work experience in Asset Management, preferable in transportation/aviation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in Asset Management Policy, Strategy & Planning, Implementation and Compliance.
• Assist in the development and management of the Asset Management Program to monitor, report and analyze information for existing and new infrastructure assets.
• Assist in managing Asset Life Cycle decisions and activities related to capital renewal and replacement.
• Ensure accuracy of asset data within the Airport’s Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) for data driven decision making.
• Oversee data collection and information management processes in support of asset management programming.
• Ensure all inspection activities are properly planned, executed and documented in the CMMS.
• Oversee the work performance of departmental staff and consultants.
• Assist in administrative management functions for the department.
