City of Atlanta’s Department of Aviation seeks an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead a staff of designers and consultants in planning, designing, and constructing airport facilities.

You will supervise landside, airside, and cargo projects, ensure code compliance, mentor team members, and coordinate with airlines, federal agencies, and internal groups to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture with extensive airport project experience.
• Eight years of work experience in medium/large hub airport construction or similar.
• Licensed architect preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implement landside, airside, and cargo projects from planning through facility commissioning.
• Collaborate with Department of Aviation units, airlines, consultants, and federal agencies.
• Review designs for compliance with codes and standards.
• Evaluate and approve design changes and drawing releases.
• Involve in design consultant selection.
• Communicate project challenges to executives; mentor staff.
