Job summary

VIP Hospitality LLC in Orlando seeks a Customer Service Agent (Ambassador) to assist passengers, visitors, and airport staff with accurate information, directions, and friendly support throughout the day.

The role emphasizes proactive service, calm problem solving, and reporting facility issues. Candidates should be able to stand, move, or sit for long periods, obtain a SIDA badge, pass a drug screen, and communicate fluently in English; knowledge of Office 365 and Rippling is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience at the airport or 2 years of general customer service.
• Ability to be proactive/engaging/positive throughout their shift.
• Ability to smile when interacting with passengers.
• Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and helpful during conversations with passengers, team members, and other parties.
• Ability to stand, move, and/or sit for periods of up to 10 hours.
• Ability to carry and/or lift up to 15lbs.
• Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge.
• Ability to pass a drug screening test.
• Fluent/Near Fluent in speaking and writing in the English language.
• Fluent/Proficient in speaking a language other than English.
• Ability to operate/learn how to operate software such as Microsoft Office 365, Rippling, SurveyMonkey, etc. without continued assistance.
• Ability to operate/learn how to operate hardware such as smartphones, tablets, desktop computers, etc. without continued assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, clear directions, and helpful assistance to passengers, visitors, and airport staff.
• Report facility concerns or stakeholder issues within your assigned area to help keep the airport running smoothly.
• Share proactive guidance and support to create a welcoming airport experience.
