SkyWest Airlines in Great Falls, MT is seeking a part-time Airport Agent to deliver outstanding customer service at the ticketing, boarding and baggage areas. You will greet passengers, issue tickets, rebook when needed and guide customers through the airport efficiently and warmly.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and willingness to work split shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends or holidays.

Primary Job Duties

Airport agents are primarily responsible for ensuring excellent customer service while performing a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to ticketing and rebooking passengers, boarding flights, assisting passengers with special needs, resolving customer concerns, and more.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload customer luggage, airfreight, and company mail onto and off aircraft
• Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers who arrive without their luggage, and rebook passengers, all in a prompt and friendly manner
• Escort passengers and customers with special needs safely and courteously
• Marshal aircraft in and out of the ramp area
• This position requires you to work outside in all weather conditions
• Service aircraft as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Possess a valid, unrestricted, state-issued driver's license
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Basic knowledge of fundamental computer programs for record-keeping and baggage routing
• Lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Adaptability to changing priorities and effective time management skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• This position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• This is a part-time position
• $16 per hour
