Qualifications

• Requires three years of supervisory/management experience in the airline industry.
• Must complete CSA/GOA Services training required by airlines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish safety compliance for aircraft, customers, facilities and staff.
• Coordinate vendor functions and manage station operations.
• Lead interview and staffing processes; schedule staff.
• Ensure customer service, baggage handling, and departure reliability.
• Oversee training for employees including new hires and recurrent sessions.
• Work with Regional Manager on profitability and cost control.
• Maintain manuals and ensure revisions are current.
