Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain safety compliance of aircraft, customers, facilities, and employee working environments.
• Communicate airline business to internal and external departments.
• Develop goals, monitor performance, and drive station profitability.
• Coordinate training and workforce requirements; oversee hiring.
• Establish cost control programs and manage station expenses.
• Perform all functions of a Station Manager as assigned by Regional Manager.
