Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a social creator or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience producing original, platform-native social content.
• Deep fluency across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other major social platforms.
• Strong creative instincts and cultural awareness for timely content.

Responsibilities

• Develop original social-first concepts for today’s platforms.
• Identify opportunities from social culture, trends and conversations.
• Capture real-time moments and translate them into authentic content.
• Lead ideation through execution, including writing, shooting, and editing.
• Direct talent and creators to produce relatable content reflecting diverse perspectives.
• Apply platform-specific best practices and formats.
• Turn emerging trends into timely, publishable content.
• Balance spontaneity with brand standards.
