Halcyon Haus Creative, a Los Angeles-based agency, seeks a hands-on Social Media Manager in the Atlanta area to own client accounts end-to-end. You will lead content, calendars and performance across major platforms, directing shoots and editing for engaging reels and shorts.

You will collaborate with talent teams and managers, delivering strategic content aligned with releases and cultural moments, while managing partnerships and reporting outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of social media management experience (agency or talent-side a plus).
• Strong pulse on culture, trends and what's working on social now.
• Ability to direct talent on set and own shoots.
• Advanced editing for short-form video content.

Aufgaben

• Own assigned social media profiles end-to-end: strategy, content, scheduling, publishing and performance optimization.
• Run daily communications with clients and their teams, managing full social calendars across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Build and own the full social calendar for each client, planning weeks in advance and mapping posts to releases and events.
• Lead content capture shoots with clients, directing talent on set and ensuring opportunities are not missed.
• Edit high-performing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) for engagement and platform algorithms.
• Track cultural trends, pitch concepts and shape weekly content strategy aligned with client positioning.
• Manage paid brand partnerships and platform deliverables with precision.
• Own analytics and reporting, translating performance data into actionable insights.
• Maintain digital asset management across Dropbox, WeTransfer and internal systems.
